adoiii nyesal jmp doktor...

Salam.... minggu yang baru lepas nih aku tak berapa nak sihat.... My mum dah ckp pregnant jgn jahit tp degil n minat nak buat camana.. jahit cadar baby maybe make me stress.... so dah dua kali jd cmni. before masa jahit langsir punya top tu... lps ketidaksihatanku mula terjejas, mcm2 rasa... nak muntah, sakit kepala, perut memulas... nak demam lah ni.... mkn penadol n tdo sepanjang hari. tp rasa mual, loya masih menghantui so ke klinik check... doktor bagi ubat gastrik, loyer n apa tah lg satu tp tiga2 tak mkn aft i make decision to fluid out all inside my tummy... huhuhu... muntah adalah perkara yang paling aku tak suka, menangis2 sambil muntah, sib baik my husband ade... die slalu tanya apsal kena nangis hah? hihihihi... aku pun xtau kenapa. but after muntah tu aku berjalan seperti org yang paling sihat n berjalan pun laju. hubby tanya aikkk? dah mcm sht jer. aku tgh minum air masa tu hanya gelak n ckp makanan petang semalam tak hadam, maybe mkn lambat n perut masuk angin.... lepas itu, mlm before tdo aku dengar bunyi pop di perut then rasa macam ade air turun tp xbyk so aku tdo jerlah coz ngantuk. esok pg tgk xda pa2.. maybe kerana terlalu penat. mlm berikutnya kuar lagi air mcm jernih tp xbanyak kali ni air pastikan dan ianya betul. so pa lagi buka komputer layari internet cr info pasal waterbag leaking n mcm2 yang menakutkan aku bc.. benda ni berulang dua tiga kali bila aku rajin bangun n duduk... so ambil keptusan untuk jumpa dengan doktor... hihihihi g ke klinik UMRA after Poliklinik Mindaku tu takde doktornya... So Umra pun umra lah janji doktor perempuan.. die tanya n mcm2 tanya so die pun check... iskh3x nyesal lor sakit tak ingat.... die scan n check air ketuban aku pun banyak n ok. baby pun sihat.. tp aku mlas bgtau yang aku baru baik dari perut memulas n muntah... kang lain pulak die agak... alhamdulillah semua baik2 saja... air tu still keluar tp skit2 n tgk masa... masa penat jer.... tp aku taklah risau coz doktor kata selaput yang melindungi baby or air ketuban kat pintu rahim tu laluan masih ok n takda tanda2 leaking.. 35 weeks terlalu awal bagi aku... biarlah 38 mggu keatas barulah ok..... Semua kata perut aku tak besar,iskh3x aku yang bawa ni mengah n tak larat lorrr.... org tgk mmglah ckp mcm tu..hihihi....

Hello Leeya!
33 weeks pregnant

Your baby is probably head-down in your uterus - although he may continue to change position - and his skull bones are still pliable to help him ease through the birth canal. A few babies remain breech and may need extra care during delivery. Mild, irregular contractions known as Braxton Hicks (practice contractions) may become more noticeable as the days go by.

Your baby now weighs about 4.2 pounds/ 2 kilograms and measures approximately 17 inches/ 44 centimetres from head to toe. Your baby should already be getting ready for birth by turning upside-down - his head should be pointing down.

Your doctor will be paying careful attention to your baby's position in the coming weeks - some babies do decide to turn back round again.

Your baby's skull is still quite pliable and not completely joined, so he can ease out of the relatively narrow birth canal. But the bones in the rest of his body are hardening. Your baby's skin is also gradually becoming less red and wrinkled.

If you're a first-time mother, your child's head may move into the pelvis this week and press firmly against your cervix. (This happens for about half of all first-time mothers.) If you're a second-time mum, you can expect this to happen a week before labour - and for some this won't happen until the start of labour. Hoping to manage your labour naturally? Here's all you need to know about natural pain relief.

You may notice that your feet and ankles are quite swollen by the end of the day. Water retention, also known as oedema, is often worse in warm weather and late in the day. Surprisingly, keeping hydrated helps reduce water retention. Your body - particularly your kidneys - and your baby need plenty of fluids, so drink up. If you suddenly feel swollen or puffy in your hands or face, however, call your doctor - it may be a sign of pre-eclampsia.
